These classes are designed for all levels. From beginners to experienced, they incorporate mindful movement, breathwork, and core engagement to promote balance, stability, and strength.
Vinyasa
Mondays- 10:30am, Tuesdays- 5:10pm Wednesdays- 10:30am, Saturdays-10:30am Mommy and Me
Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes the synchronized movement of breath with posture transitions, often described as a "flow yoga" practice. It involves moving through a sequence of poses, linking each movement with an inhale or exhale. Every class is created to suit the needs of students at all levels, so they can be successful.
Yogalates
Mondays- 11:30am, Wednesdays- 11:30am Fridays-10:30am and 6:00pm
Yogalates is a fusion practice combining the elements of yoga and Pilates, resulting in a low-impact workout that enhances flexibility, core strength, and mindfulness. It blends the balance and flexibility of yoga with the core-focused, muscle toning techniques of Pilates.
Pilates
Tuesdays- 10:30am, Wednesdays- 6:00pm, Saturdays- 11:30am
Pilates is a system of exercise focused on strengthening core muscles and involves precise movements to activate each muscle group being worked. While it targets the entire body, pilates emphasizes the core muscles (deep abdominal and back muscles) to stabilize the spine and improve overall movement. Like yoga, Pilates can lead to improved flexibility, posture, strength, balance, and reduced back pain.
